Indoors on Tuesday Mornings, Outside on Wednesdays.
January 7th, 2025 – Strong Start Reopens after holidays.
January 14th, 2025 – Strong Start Closed.
February 18th, 2025 – Strong Start Closed.

1st Wednesday – Witty’s Lagoon
2nd Wednesday – East Sooke Park
3rd Wednesday – Devonian Regional Park
4th Wednesday – Matheson Lake
Tuesday Nov 26th, 2024 – StrongStart will be at Eagleridge: 9am- 11am
Weather restrictions for outdoor StrongStart Programs:
- If the administration and/or StrongStart Facilitator feel that the program participants are at risk due to
weather including high winds (30 km/hour + and swaying tree tops); persistent, strong rainfall;
lightening; and/or temperatures below -5 degrees C, then program will end/close for the day.
